TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to orders that have been placed via www.slickhaircompany.com for the Slick Stick.

2. To be eligible, the customer must:
   a. Contact SLICKHAIR Company via email customercare@slickhaircompany.com and provide the order number and order date.
   b. The order must have been placed within 30 days of contacting SLICKHAIR Customer Service.
   c. The Customer is to send the product back to SLICKHAIR Company within 7 days of the request being accepted.
   d. The product must be at least 50% full.

3. When returning product:
   a. The return postage will be at the expense of the Customer.
   b. The Customer assumes any risk of damage, theft or loss of goods during transit. We highly recommend sending your parcel via Registered Post.
   c. SLICKHAIR Company will not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds will be based on
   a. The amount paid on the invoiced order.
   b. The refunded amount will not take into account the shipping, handling and post protection costs.
   c. The refund will be refunded to the original method of payment only.

5. SLICKHAIR Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice at any given time.

6. SLICKHAIR Company has the right to refuse the return if the above criteria is not met.
